I take on a small number of SEO projects.

Usually one at a time, occasionally two. Technical SEO, AI search visibility and automation builds, mostly for SaaS, e-commerce and fintech teams.

What I take on

Three shapes of work.

Each one is a fixed scope, agreed before anything starts. If your problem is not one of these, the next section probably applies.

01

Technical audit and fix roadmap

For sites large enough that crawling and indexing problems cost real money, and for migrations where the downside is losing traffic you already have.

What you get

  • A full crawl and index audit, read against Search Console rather than in isolation
  • A prioritised fix list, each item scored by effort against likely impact
  • Specifications your developers can turn straight into tickets
  • A second pass once the fixes ship, to confirm they did what they should
02

AI search visibility

For teams who can see AI assistants sending traffic, or citing competitors, and have no way to measure it or influence it.

What you get

  • A crawler access audit: which AI bots your site currently blocks, deliberately or not
  • llms.txt written, validated and deployed
  • GA4 configured so AI referral traffic is separated from the rest
  • A baseline of where you are cited today, so the next quarter can be compared to it
03

SEO automation builds

For teams doing something by hand every month that a pipeline should be doing, and for anyone who has hit the ceiling of what a spreadsheet can hold.

What you get

  • Claude and MCP pipelines wired into Search Console, GA4 and SE Ranking
  • Reporting that refreshes itself instead of being rebuilt every month
  • Internal tools where nothing off the shelf fits the job
  • Handover documentation, so the pipeline outlives the engagement
Not a fit

What I turn down.

Worth checking this list before you write.

I am not the right person for:
  • Link building at scale, or bulk guest posting
  • High volume AI content programmes
  • Local SEO and Google Business Profile work
  • Quick wins on a two week deadline before a funding round
  • Anything where the plan is already decided and you need a pair of hands
  • Work that cannot be discussed publicly in any form, ever

None of this is bad work. It is just not what I am good at, and you will get a better result from someone who does it every day. If your problem is on this list, say so in the first message and I will point you at someone worth talking to.

How it works

From first message to handover.

  1. Step 1

You tell me what is happening

Three things, in your first message: your site, what is happening now, and what you have already tried. The third one is what matters, because it tells me whether this is a diagnosis problem or an execution problem.

  2. Step 2

    A 30 minute call

Free. We work out whether there is a real problem underneath the symptom, and whether I am the right person for it. Scope and cost come out of this conversation, because both depend on what we find.

  3. Step 3

    A written scope

Deliverables, dates and a fixed price, in writing, before any work begins. If the scope changes later we agree that in writing too. No hourly billing.

  4. Step 4

    The work, then a handover

You get the artefacts: the audit, the tickets, the pipeline, the documentation. Everything is built so your team can carry it on without me.

Elsewhere

Talks and mentions.

If this sounds like a fit.

Tell me your site, what is happening, and what you have already tried. If I am not the right person I will say so in the first reply, and point you somewhere better.
